Cancellation Policy
Standard Stays - There will be no fee for cancelling prior to 3 days of arrival. Cancelling within 3 days of arrival will result in a $35 rebooking fee. No show/no call before 5pm on day of check in will result in the cancelation of reservation and a charge for the first night’s rate.
Holidays/Special Events – Cancelling within 7 days of arrival will result in a $70 rebooking fee. There will be no fee for cancelling prior to 7 days of arrival. No show/no call before 5pm on day of check in will result in the cancelation of reservation and a charge for the first night’s rate.

Due to limited parking facilities,
only one parking pass per guest room will be issued.
Additional parking is available in the
free public parking lot adjacent to the hotel.
No trailers, watercraft, or other recreational vehicles
may be parked in Pensacola Beach parking lot.
Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
The registered guest must be at least 21 years of age.
Misconduct and misuse of our room and facilities is prohibited.
Misuse of rooms includes smoking in non-smoking rooms.
